20 Potential Multibaggers I'm Tracking

My research universe heading into 2026

The best investors I’ve studied all have a research universe.

A pipeline. A list of companies they know deeply, track closely, and wait patiently to buy.

Buffett talked about his “too hard” pile.

The implication? He also had a “worth watching” pile.

Great serial acquirers like Constellation Software maintain databases of hundreds of potential targets. They don’t scramble when capital becomes available. They already know what they want to buy.

Same principle applies here.

The Multibagger Pipeline is my research universe.

Some companies will graduate to full thesis posts when conviction is high enough.

Some won’t survive deeper research. A red flag emerges. The valuation runs away. The thesis falls apart. They get knocked off the list entirely.

That’s the point. Not everything makes the cut.

But even the names that never graduate to a full post might be useful.

It’s a universe of stocks to dig into.

Some subscribers will want to do their own research before I get around to writing something up.

The pipeline gives them a starting point.

Three Tiers:

  • Tier 1: Research Queue These are next in line for full thesis posts. Deep research in progress.

  • Tier 2: Monitoring List Compelling characteristics but need better entry points or further observation.

  • Tier 3: Early Radar Caught my attention. Need deeper work. Could move up or drop off.

Right now there are 20 stocks in the pipeline.

The top name on the list?

A company that spent years stuck in a ditch. Cyclical. Commoditized. Fighting for scraps against bigger competitors.

Then a new CEO arrived. He brought a CFO with him. Both came from the same place - a company steeped in the Teledyne tradition.

Henry Singleton built Teledyne into a compounding machine. 20%+ annual returns for decades. Relentless focus on cash flow, disciplined capital allocation, aggressive buybacks when the price was right.

This new management team are students of that playbook. Disciples of Singleton.

Their first move was surviving Covid. Their second was transforming the business model - prioritizing cash flow and profitability over chasing revenue.

The results are materializing.

That thesis drops later this week.

It will be the last of 2025.
