I would add Karnell AB, a small-cap Swedish serial acquirer following the Lifco/Lagercrantz model. They have been listed on Nasdaq Stockholm since 2024 and have 18 portfolio companies in Sweden, Finland, and the UK. Estimated TSR is 16 - 19% per annum. Excellent management with skin in the game.
One for your list - Spie in France, an electrical engineer, it has made c80 acquisitions since it listed in 2015 - mainly bolt ons a few larger platform deals.
I'm new here. Where can I find the multibagger ideas? this is just a huge list of stocks? or where can I find the actual portfolio whith purchase dates and price etc. And how to access the new portal pls. When I enter my email it says that I'm not a member?? thx
How should we look at this business model in the age of AI though? I'm not sure if this model still works if software as a whole is getting compressed.
What screen criteria do you use? If proprietary can you provide your answer in generalities? Also, noticed there are no natural resources/commodity/mining cos. They have recently been strong performers.
You might want to look at KFS. A name from Deep Value Capital.
Have already covered quite a while ago.

Love this list. For Sweden, along with adding Karnell I would also add Momentum Group, Alligo, Green Landscaping and Röko.
Love these community contributed shared resources, I hope some other stacks follow suit. It's just wonderful
